Rwanda Agro-dealers Development Project (RADD II)

Rwanda Agro-dealers Development Project (RADD II)

The project aimed at contributing towards increasing smallholder farmers’ agricultural productivity and incomes through strengthened agro-dealer networks. Agro- dealers are rural SMEs that deal with trading agricultural and livestock inputs to farmers and some of them buy farm produce from farmers and resale to big buyers.
Under RADD II project, AGRIFOP provided training to agro-dealers on business management including financial management, entrepreneurship and business planning. AGRIFOP also facilitated the linkages between agro-dealers, input suppliers, grain buyers and financial institutions through B2B meetings.
